FREE SHIPPING

FREE standard shipping on any purchase. If you return your order, our shipping & insurance fee will be deducted from your credit. We ship in stock orders placed before 1 P.M. ET the same day purchased, (except weekends). If your item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. Purchases over $100.00 may require a signature, and additional identification verification. Our standard shipping method is USPS priority mail (3 - 5 days in most areas) for orders over $30.00. Orders $50.00 and under will be sent USPS first class mail, which may take 3 - 10 days to receive. Orders under $50.00 can be upgraded to priority shipping for a fee of $3.00.

SHIPMENT

We do not process or ship any orders outside of the United States. We also not ship to P.O. boxes, APO and FPO addresses, when a signature is required for delivery. In stock items should be received within 3 - 5 business days, in your regular mail delivery. When no signature is required, the mail person will leave the parcel in your mail receptacle. We do not use Fun to Fine Jewelry as a return address when shipping, for security reasons, the sender will be The Mullay Group, Inc of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

GIFT BOXES

All items will be shipped in gift appropriate boxes with a gold bow. We do not provide gift wrap, however with most boxes, gift wrap is not necessary. Fun ring boxes will be provided for all sterling rings, traditional velvet boxes will be provided for gold diamond & gemstone rings, (see picture).

FRAUD

All information will be verified with the credit card company, be sure to provide the current billing address and phone number of the credit card you are using. We will alert the authorities of any attempted fraud purchases.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Sorry, we will not process any orders outside the United States, under any circumstances. Please do not submit orders from outside of the US!

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Fun to Fine Jewelry. In the rare occasion that you are not, please follow the guidelines below:

Unworn & unaltered items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase date, (less our original shipping costs documented on your invoice). If you'd prefer an exchange or store credit, the store will be issued for full purchase price. If your item has an inventory tag attached, Do not remove the inventory tag from the merchandise, (there is no price on the inventory tag), unless you are satisfied, and intend to keep the item. Once the inventory tag is removed, we can not accept the item for return, unless the item is defective. Damaged merchandise, (due to manufacturers defect), will be replaced. We will call or e-mail a confirmation that your return was received. Please adhere to the following for a prompt refund:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Code: email us to receive a return authorization code. You will need to log code on your shipping label and original invoice. The original invoice must accompany your return.

2. Return merchandise including gift boxes, in the original shipping container if possible. We can not accept merchandise that has been altered, worn, the inventory tag has been removed, or does not have a return authorization code.

3. Postage fees are as follows:
First Class - $3.02
Priority Mail - up to $50.00 - $5.95
Priority Mail - $51.00 to $100.00 - $6.90
Priority Mail - goes up in increments of $1.05, for every $100.00 extra in cost.

3. Insure your return for the full retail price, and ship to Fun to Fine Jewelry via your choice of carriers, (the U S mail is the least expensive). This is for your protection, as we can not issue a refund for merchandise lost in transit. Shipping charges for returning merchandise is the customers responsibilty.
